Regional Account Executive

The Regional Account Executive is responsible for new sales and revenue growth through prospecting, targeting, and closing business with key managed care organizations.

Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for new sales from the following market segments: HMOs, Employer Groups, Reinsurance Carriers, and MGUs
  • Driving growth and exceeding revenue goals by enhancing/optimizing current business and identifying/closing new business
  • Developing and effectively executing sales strategy
  • Forecasting sales and revenue through accurate sales pipeline development
  • Analyzing referral and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within assigned client base
  • Monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing major and developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all the other accounts
  • Working collaboratively with the Operations Team and Regional Account Managers to ensure overall client satisfaction and continued referral stream
  • Reporting activities in accordance with sales and marketing guidelines.
  • Recommending and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing new business
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of all health care market segments and ability to identify, target and develop customer relationships
